BACKGROUND

Samsung introduced a new generation of AI-powered washing machines designed to learn users' laundry habits and simplify everyday routines.

The challenge was making an advanced technology feel approachable and position it as something intuitive, helpful, and seamlessly integrated into daily life.

CREATIVE SOLUTION

To give AI a face, we created a friendly robot companion that embodied the intelligence behind the product. Part smart assistant, part futuristic housekeeper, the character translated invisible technology into something people could instantly understand and connect with.

Its playful and friendly characteristics made the washing machine feel more approachable, while its sleek, futuristic design reinforced Samsung's leadership in innovation.
